Shipping is free on every order. What can be returned depends on whether the item is a prescription medication.
Prescription medications
All sales of prescription medications are final. Once a prescription has been dispensed, charged, and handed to the carrier, it cannot be returned. You may edit your shipping address or payment method, or cancel your order, at any point before it ships.
Non-prescription items
Unopened over-the-counter items may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We cannot accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Lost packages
Packages confirmed lost in transit are reshipped at no cost to you.
Shipping and transit
Your medication ships via Rush No-Contact delivery; a signature is not required. We do not ship refrigerated products, so your product will not be affected by increased transit time.
Return addresses
Returns are handled through our accredited affiliated pharmacies. Contact us and we’ll provide the correct return address for your order.
