Eligibility

Vyve MD treats patients 18 years of age and older. Vyve MD offers service in the United States only. Availability of specific therapies and medications may be restricted by state; restrictions are disclosed and confirmed per therapy during the intake process.

Prescriptions

Prescription products require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare professional who will determine if a prescription is appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Billing

You are billed for your medication when it ships, based on the treatment plan you select. You may cancel or change your plan from your account.

Incorporated policies

Our Privacy Policy, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, California Privacy Act notice, and Returns & Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms by reference.
